These tots were not what I expected but a welcome surprise! These are big tots filled with a rich, creamy mixture of potato, cheese, bacon, and chives. They're as an appetizer or a side.

when i asked "do you have cheese sauce" i was NOT expecting the best cheese sauce i have ever had in my life…i now dream of this cheese and will be back every wednesday for it!!!
